Meet Our Staff

Janelle - Sleep Coordinator
Meet Janelle! She began working with Dr. Utterback in 2005, starting as a dental assistant and quickly transitioning into a front office role. Janelle focuses on patient care and office coordination, managing incoming referrals, obtaining necessary paperwork from referring offices, and handling medical insurance billing to reduce patients' out-of-pocket expenses. A trusted resource for answering general questions, explaining treatment timelines, and scheduling appointments, Janelle finds fulfillment in helping patients treat their sleep apnea, knowing it greatly enhances their overall health and quality of life.

Bria - Chairside Assistant
Meet Bria! Since joining Dr. Utterback's team in January of 2024, Bria has brought four years of dental assisting experience and a passion for patient care to our practice. As a vital part of our clinical team, she excels in precise medical note-taking during consultations, managing dental sleep software tasks with patients, and coordinating correspondence with patients' medical providers. Bria also performs digital scanning to create the impressions used to create a precise mold from which the appliances are made. This technique offers patients a modern, comfortable, and highly accurate alternative to traditional impressions. She thrives in her role, especially in witnessing the remarkable transformations patients undergo from their first consultation to the final titration of their oral appliance. Bria is dedicated to helping our patients achieve better sleep and improved health.

Kate - Chairside Assistant
Meet Kate! As a recent addition to the team in May 2025, Kate is excited for the opportunity to transition into more comprehensive patient care. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Cleveland State University, followed by an Associate of Applied Science from Lakeland Community College. With over 15 years of dental hygiene experience, Kate also brings with her a background in myofunctional therapy and Buteyko breathing techniques which she is excited to integrate into her work. Kate is passionate about patient education and dedicated to helping individuals take an active role in their health care.
